Nkoranza South Assembly fixes street lights

It was all joy when the streetlights in the Nkoranza Township where fixed after months of expectations from the citizenry.

The project saw the erection of new streetlights and in some cases replacement of burnt bulbs in the township.

The Municipal Chief Executive, Diana Attaa Kusiwaa noted that the assembly was mindful of the security benefits of the lights and was determined to fix by replacing all faulty lights and adding more.

She said by this singular act, visibility in the night will be improved for both pedestrians and drivers alike.

More importantly however, would be prevention of crime as criminals operate under the cover of darkness.

She debunked the notion that the government was not doing enough for the citizenry, adding that government projects take time to be visible because they have to be subjected to a lot of processes.

She assured the people that a lot of work is being done and at the appropriate time all would be seen by all and would bring great improvement to the municipality.

Yesterday day evening happens to be a delighted day in MCE Nkoranza South, haven an exclusive interview about the *allegation* of the darkness in the Nkoranza municipality.

The MCE appealed to the people to consult her if in doubt of anything or want details on issues so that they can be well informed on happenings in the assembly and the municipality.
