Introduction

To be able to assess the progress and impact or otherwise of the projects/programmes outlined to be implemented in the plan, it is important to design a monitoring and evaluation system. This chapter outlines the monitoring and evaluation systems to be put in place for proper monitoring and evaluation of the plan implementation for the period 2010-2013.

Monitoring and Evaluation Activities

Monitoring and evaluation of projects/programmes would be carried out to ensure that project specifications are carried out as planned and impact measured.

Under this section a format to be used for monitoring and evaluation for proposed interventions has been provided.
