KSB Assembly Member Leads Community Members to Construct Mini Bridge

Mr. Rauf Saani, Assembly Member for Kumbiehi Banungoma Sawaba Electoral Area in the Wa Municipal has once again led his community members to construct another mini bridge ahead of the upcoming rainy season.

The improvised bridge, which is expected to make one of the main roads linking Banumgoma to Kumbiehi motorable, was wholly financed by initiatives from the Assembly Member through corporate support.

The near fatal foot bridge was created by strong water waves along the numerous valleys in the area.

The proactive Assembly Member, who has since undertaken such programmes along the Kumbiehi Bakpong Area, consulted the community members and personally led the crusade in the quest to get the bridge created.

From seeking support from donors to physically participating in the creation of the bridge, Mr. Rauf Saani left no stone unturned in the establishment of the priceless bridge.

The bridge links hundreds of natives residing along the upper part of Banumgoma and the Western belt of Kumbiehi.

Mr. Rauf Saani has since earned the trust of his electorate with his proactive leadership spanning ports, education, health, entertainment and more.
