Addressing the officers at an event, Head of the unit, Madam Sumaya Alhassan, confirmed her outfit’s determination of completing final phase of preparatory works for assessment and subsequent declaration of ODF status on the target ODF sections.

This, according to her, is expected to take place in the coming weeks, barring any unforeseen contingencies.

Madam Sumaya also noted that, the review meeting was only one of the many monthly routine exercises organized by the unit with budget support by the Assembly and its development partners.

It is aimed at stock taking of success stories on planned activities for the period under review, and to reflect on challenges and strategies for way forward.
