Kwahu East District Assembly toprovide shelter for market women at Kotoso

The DCE for Kwahu East, Mr. Isaac Agyapong has cut the sod for the construction of Market Pavilions for the people of Kotoso and its environs as part of infrastructural development within the district.

The Market is expected to boost the local Economy of the District. Kotoso Market is one of the most vibrant markets in the Kwahu East District with over 30 surrounding villages and who bring their farm produce to sell. The New Market is expected to have more than 50 sheds and other ancillary Facilities.

Mr. Isaac Agyapong, charged LAPIDE- YX construction company Limited, the firm tasked with the responsibility of executing the contract, to complete the project on the scheduled time that's within 6 months.

The Chiefs and People of Kotoso applaud the DCE for thinking about them and also expressed Joy and Happiness to him and his Government for solving the Fulani Menace within the Area, he said.

Later in the Day the District Chief Executive proceed to Bokuruwa to cut Sod for the construction of 12 seater W/C toilets for Bokuruwa Durbar grounds, and Again had a site meeting on the ongoing construction of a 3 storey dormitory for Nkwatia Presby SHS Mr. Agyapong disclosed this to Ghanadistricts.com.

The District Chief Executive was accompanied by the District Coordinating Director and other heads of department.
