Akyempim Community gets 3-unit classroom block
As part of the government's effort in ensuring infrastructural development, the Municipal Chief Executive of Upper Denkyira East Assembly Mr. Ebenzer Forson Appiah led the Technical team of the Assembly to hand over a Three-Unit Classroom Block to the Municipal Education Directorate at Akyempim.

Handing over the edifice to the community, the Municipal Chief Executive, Mr. Forson, said education is one of the priority areas of the government and for that matter very salient to ensuring that no community in Ghana was deprived of educational facilities.

The MCE said, The project was awarded in 2019 and completed in 2021 under the tenure of his predecessor Mr. Isaac Awuah former MCE and its was funded under the District Performance Assessment Tool (DPAT).

At the short ceremony, the MCE charged the community and school authorities to be adherents to maintenance culture of the edifice.

The Chiefs expressed gratitude to the Assembly for such a beautiful facility
