Ga East: Over 8,000 trees planted under Green Ghana Campaign
The Municpal Chief Executive (MCE) of Ga East Municipal Assembly, Janet Tulasi Mensah led stakeholders in the municipality to plant over Eight Thousand (8,000) trees with in the municipality to mark the Green Ghana Campaign.

The initiative is aimed at planting over 5 million trees in efforts to preserve and protect the country’s forest cover and the environment at large.
Under the project, economic trees that would be planted include Timber, Wawa, Neem, rosewood, shea trees among others.
