DCE cuts sod for construction of modern transport terminal

The District Chief Executive (DCE) for Amansie Central Mr. Kwame Asamoah Boateng has cut sod for the construction of an Ultramodern Transport Terminal at Afoako.

The project which is expected to be completed within 6 months would make traveling safer for travellers in the District.

Speaking at the sod cutting ceremony, the DCE urged the beneficiary community to give the contractor the necessary support to be able to complete the project on time.

He then seized the opportunity to call on Ghanaians to support the government to deliver on its mandate.

Chief of Afoako, Nana Kofi Poku on behalf of the Traditional Council expressed his gratitude to the DCE and President for the project.
