Ablekuma West Assembly organizes workshop for staff

A two day training workshop has been held for the Ablekuma West Municipal Assembly and some Local Government Service staff to enhance their capacity in local governance.

The workshop was held at the Kriss View Hotel in Dansoman of the Greater Accra region.

The workshop was aimed at enhancing the Professionalism of theses Assembly and the Local Government Service staff to be able to deliver efficiently and effectively.

The workshop is the second of several capacity building programmes expected to be organized for staff members within the year to enhance them.

Staff members were grouped and given tasks to complete around the topics during the last day of the workshop. Again, a group presentation was done by each group to that effect.
