Sene East Education Directorate recieves dual desks

The District Chief Executive (DCE) for Sene East District in the Bono East Region, Mr. G.J. Kofi Gyimah has handed over 45 dual desks, 49 hexagonal KG tables and chairs and 12 teachers tables to the Sene East Education Directorate to enhance teaching and learning in the district.

The furniture would be distributed to 4 selected schools within the District namely; Ayetsekope D/A primary school, Okpalama D A primary, Atigagome D A primary and Kajaji Islamic Primary school.

In handing over the furniture to the schools through the Sene East Education Directorate at the forecourt of the Assembly, the DCE said the donation formed part of the Government's vision to provide a conducive environment for teaching and learning.

Mr. Ahmed Nasir Ibrahim, the District Director of Education who received the furniture on behalf of the beneficiary schools was thankful to the DCE as well as the Government for the support.

He, therefore, assured the DCE for regular maintenance to serve the purpose for donation. He further thanked the DCE for his constant supply of furniture to schools in the district.
