North East Region to hold economic development summit in November
The North East Region would hold an economic development summit in November 2019, Director of the Region’s Coordinating Council (RCC), Abubakari Inusah has said.

According to the Coordinating Director, the Region is well positioned to turn the fortunes around and the summit would bring together a good number of sons and daughters of the Region as well as Non-Governmental Organization (NGOs) and other organizations that are development oriented.
“It would be a high profile meeting that would bring together political and non-political actors, key stakeholders have been met who would facilitate the programme”, he said.
He further noted that there is assurance that sponsorship would come as they are expecting funding by the end of October next month.
