AKROFUOM: Assembly to reshape deplorable town roads
The District Chief Executive of Akrofuom in the Ashanti Region, Mr Jonas Maurice Wood has assured the people that, all deplorable roads in the district capital will soon be reshaped.

According to him, the deplorable state of the town roads poses threats to people around Sikaduase, Pobibronoso and its surrounding environs whenever there is a heavy downpour.
He said, the assembly in collaboration with the Member of Parliament of the area, Appiah Pinkrah has decided to reshape all the town roads in the District Capital to enhance transportation.
He stressed that, the district assembly has decided to start operation cutting down all plantain trees that have been planted in areas demarcated for road construction.
He therefore urges residents to comply with the Assembly’s new directives in order to help move the district forward.
