The GH? 428,125.01 facility which will ease accommodation difficulties at the hospital is expected to be completed by the end of April.

This came to light when the Atebubu-Amantin municipal chief executive Hon. Edward Owusu visited the site during a cleanup exercise at the hospital as part of preparations towards the last Independence anniversary celebrations.

The visit saw workers of Emma-Glo Company Ltd putting finishing touches to the interior of the structure.

The project is being solely funded from the internally generated funds of the assembly, a situation which attracted the praise of the deputy Brong Ahafo regional minister Hon. Evan Opoku Bobie for the MCE and the Member of Parliament for the Atebubu-Amantin constituency during the inauguration of the newly elevated municipal assembly.

“This is a mark of good cooperation and I will get other MDCEs and MPs to learn from this exemplary leadership”. He said.
