La Dade Kotopon improves educational infrastructure
The La Dade Kotopon Municipal Assembly is looking forward to making some significant gains in its quest to improve infrastructure in the education sector in the municipality.

This, the Assembly is working towards by making some investments in the sector to help reduce congestion in classrooms, or replace dilapidated school structures.
At the first Ordinary Meeting of the Assembly this year, the Municipal Chief Executive for the area, Solomon Kotey Nikoi itemized some of these projects which are at various stages.
They include:
*Construction of 3-unit classroom block with ancillary facilities at St. Paul’s Anglican JHS, La
*Contraction of 3-storey 18-unit classroom block with ancillary of Schools facilities at La Wireless Cluster of schools
*Construction of 3-unit Classroom block with ancillary facilities at La Salem JHS
*Rehabilitation of 4-unit classroom block with ancillary facilities at South La Estate JHS
Meanwhile, the Assembly also manufactured and supplied some 1,700 mono desks and 50 teachers’ tables and chairs to selected schools.
