DCE inspects water pump houses

The District Chief Executive (DCE) of North Dayi in the Volta Region, Mr Kudjoh Attah has inspected three (3) newly built water pump houses in some selected communities in the district.

These water pump houses are situated at Vakpo Afeye, Vakpo Todzi and Vakpo Dunyo.

The purpose of these water pump houses is to pump water to the main reservoir which has a storage capacity of 120 cubic meters and therefore can distribute under gravity treated water to fifteen (15) communities within Vakpo and its surrounding environs.

In his speech at the site, the DCE expressed joy in seeing his people who for a very long time had been denied access to potable water to receive good drinking water soon.

As he has worked tirelessly in his administration to get the problem solved once and for all.

Again, he asked them to speed up in order to get the work done on time as “Productivity is not about using many resources but the right materials in getting a work done efficiently and effectively.”
