Let's do everything possible and promote Made in Ghana Goods - MCE

The Ga Central Municipal Chief Executive, Dr. Emmanuel Lamptey has encouraged Ghanaians to show a keen interest in the patronage of Made-in-Ghana goods.

He said although Ghanaians have really done well in participating in some goods made here in Ghana during this pandemic in buying homemade sanitizers, locally made nose masks and even Veronica buckets that have also created some jobs for the youth.

Mr. Lamptey explained that, it is mandatory as Ghanaians to promote our domestic trade environment which will ensure some kind of interest in goods made in Ghana.

"If you are in Ghana and do not accept goods made in Ghana, then it stands to reason up that people who are outside the country would also not have any interest in that, so once we say charity begins at home, let's do everything possible to promote made in Ghana goods" he stated.
