Kwahu S: DCE launches operation “1 Egg A Week” Programme
The District Chief Executive (DCE) Kwahu South, Mr Emmanuel Atta Ofori Snr. yesterday launched a programme dubbed “one egg a week and be healthy” for school going children in the district.

The programme aims to improve the nutritional values in school going children in the District.
The beneficiary schools are the 19 schools benefiting from the School feeding program.
On his visit to some of the schools, Mr Atta Ofori Snr entreated the various heads and caterers to give each child one an egg each week to keep them healthy. In a bid to ensure that the programme is sustained, the DCE presented crates of eggs to various schools he visited.
On their part Heads of the various schools expressed their profound gratitude to DCE for honouring his promise.
