ASUOGYAMAN: DCE visits voter registration centres
The Asuogyaman District Assembly visited ongoing limited voters' registration centres in the district.

They centres he visited included Atimpoku, Tosen and Nayor registration (Tosen Presbyterian Junior High School) centes.

In a brief statement, the DCE expressed happiness with the enthusiasm shown by the first time voters who availed themselves for the registration.

He further remarked that it was good for them to be politically aware of the environment in which they are.



Mr. Samuel Kwame Agyekum also said it was inherent that they determine their own destiny and not allow someone to do that.

The DCE spoke about the government's free SHS Policy which many students in Senior High Schools are benefiting from.



He said, he was aware of the difficulty they were going through to register, but impressed upon them to exercise patience.

Three Hundred (300) pieces of Yoghurt bought from the DCE's own resources was shared to the first time voters to quench their thirst.
