TAIN: BAC presents start up kits to 5 beneficiaries
Tain District Business Advisory has presented start up kits to five apprentices in the District to enable them set up their own businesses in carpentry, Vulcanising and welding after receiving skills training from the Centre.

In making the presentations, the District Head of the Business Advisory Centre Mr. Fredrick Apraku Amoateng said the Centre exist to offer skills training people who are willing to be trained for them to set up their own business in different fields. Such as mushroom making, soap making, masonry, carpentry, welding, vulcanising and many more.

Madam, Charity Akua Oforiwaa Dwommoh said these interventions are expected to help create sustainable employment and better the lives of the beneficiaries and their families.

She therefore counseled them to use the tools effectively to grow their businesses and to help create job opportunities for the unemployed in the District. “We will be visiting your shops to monitor your activities” she added.
