Trabuom Health Centre receive medical equipment
The Member of Parliament for Atwima Kwanwoma, Mr. Kofi Amankwah-Manu in partnership with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saint, has donated medical equipment to Trabuom Health Centre.

The equipment, estimated at a cost of GHs 780,000, include Nebulizer, Suction machine, Chemistry analyzer, Vaccine fridge, Maternity beds, Baby's crib, Full Blood Count analyzer, Delivery sets, Urine centrifuge were officially handed over to the to the management of the Health Centre and people of Trabuom.

The MP noted that with the coming on board of the equipment, the Health Centre is in a better position to undertake all necessary medical laboratory services including liver and kidney analysis.


Mr. Amankwah-Manu indicated that the Medical equipment demands a befitting environment, hence his office, and prior to the donation of the equipment also renovated the laboratory block to a befitting status.


He urged the management of the facility to take good care of the equipment to the benefit of the country.


In attendance was the District Chief Executive (DCE) for Atwima Kwanwoma, Mr. Prince Karikari, and the Presiding Member for the Assembly, Nananom, Representatives of the Latter-Day Charities, some Assembly Members and others.
